HotSlots Casino at a glance

HotSlots is a conventional website casino at hotslots.io, licensed in Curaçao and run by Forwell Investments B.V. It is not a Telegram casino. An earlier version of this page described a HotSlots Telegram channel with enhanced bonuses and no-deposit codes. We could not confirm any of that. When we checked on 24 October 2026, the homepage, about-us page, promotions page, security FAQ and general terms contained no Telegram, t.me or other social media links. If you see a Telegram account using the HotSlots name, treat it as unofficial until the casino itself links to it. Our guide to Telegram casino scams explains the warning signs.

Operator and licence

The licence holder is Forwell Investments B.V., registered in Curaçao under company number 136125 at Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. "Don" Martina 29. The footer and terms say the products are operated by Forwell Ltd, a UK company, and card payments may appear on your statement as "Forwell Ltd.".

This licence could be checked. The seal on hotslots.io opens a Certificate of Operation from the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA). It names hotslots.io, Forwell Investments B.V. and licence number OGL/2024/1054/0509, granted on 21 August 2025 and shown as Active. This is a B2C licence under Curaçao's National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK). It does not authorise the casino in your own country. Our page on licensed casinos explains the difference.

One point worth knowing. The same company, Forwell Investments B.V., appears on Lithuania's official list of illegal gambling operators (entry 684, for the domain energywin.com, after a court ruling in May 2021). HotSlots domains themselves were not on that list. The entry concerns a different brand and a single country, but it shows the group has been in conflict with at least one national regulator.

Who can play

Availability depends on where you live and on the casino's own rules. Section 6 of the terms excludes the United States, United Kingdom, Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Martin, St. Eustatius, Saba, Israel, Australia, Turkey, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Romania, Iran, Iraq, Portugal, Slovakia, Malta, Cyprus, Hungary and Poland, "and/or others where legal restrictions apply". Oddly, the site offers Polish and Hungarian language versions (hotslots9.io and hotslots15.io) even though both countries are on the restricted list.

Not being on the list does not make the casino legal where you are. Many countries only allow locally licensed operators, and a Curaçao licence never replaces that. Check your national regulator first.

Welcome offer and bonus terms

We could not verify the welcome bonus. On 24 October 2026 the promotions page made two statements that do not match:

• The main text describes 100% up to €/$200 and 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus, spread over the first two deposits.
• The FAQ on the same page describes a 150% first-deposit bonus up to €250 and a 200% second-deposit bonus up to €250.

The promotion cards are not shown to logged-out visitors, and we found no public page with the welcome-bonus terms. That means the wagering requirement, expiry, game contribution and any maximum cashout are unknown. The previous version of this review quoted "usually €200 with a €20 minimum deposit", plus no-deposit codes and cashback. None of those figures could be confirmed, so we have removed them. No sports welcome offer was found either.

One rule is confirmed. Section 16 of the general terms caps bets at €/$5 while a welcome bonus or any other bonus is active, until wagering is complete. Bonuses are not free money. Read the terms in your account before you accept anything, and see our welcome bonus guide for how wagering works.

Payments and withdrawals

The site lists Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, MuchBetter and ecoPayz (ecoPayz depending on jurisdiction). Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with. Confirmed currencies are EUR and USD. A bonus conversion table mentions many other currencies, but only as examples, so we do not treat them as supported. No cryptocurrency is named anywhere we checked.

• Minimum deposit €/$10 per transaction (FAQ); the terms say it varies by jurisdiction and method.
• Minimum withdrawal €/$20 (FAQ); the terms say €/$10 to €/$20 depending on country and currency.
• Withdrawal limits (terms) regular customers up to €/$500 per day, €/$1,500 per week and €/$5,000 per month. VIP customers up to €/$2,500 per day, €/$7,500 per week and €/$22,500 per month.
• Conflict the withdrawal FAQ mentions up to €/$5,000 per day, ten times the daily limit in the terms. Assume the lower figure applies until support confirms otherwise.
• Win caps €/$100,000 per day and €/$50,000 on a single win.
• Fees a 10% admin charge (minimum €/$10) applies if you withdraw a deposit that was not wagered at least once.
• Processing up to 3 business days according to the terms; the FAQ mentions security checks of about 72 hours.

With these limits, larger wins are paid out in instalments. That matters if you were looking at fast withdrawal casinos.

Verification and account rules

HotSlots is not a no-KYC casino. Section 13 of the terms requires valid ID to process a withdrawal, and no withdrawals totalling €/$2,000 or more are paid without verified documents. Accepted ID is a driving licence, passport or EEA/EU ID card as colour scans, plus a utility bill or bank statement from the last six months as proof of address. Section 18 allows the casino to check identity, age and location at any time and to ask for a notarised passport copy.

Other rules to note: an account with a real-money balance and no bets for six months is charged a €5 administrative fee every 30 days while the balance is positive (section 25). Complaints must be raised within six months through a formal complaint form, with alternative dispute resolution available after a final decision (section 26). We read version 3.6 of the terms, last updated 9 March 2026.

Games

The casino offers slots, jackpot games, table games, scratch cards, live casino games and game shows, tournaments and a loyalty club. Providers shown on the site include Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Gamomat, BF Games, Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, BetGames and LiveG24. We did not count the games, so we give no total. The homepage mentions sports betting, but no sportsbook appeared in the site navigation, and there is no poker room. The site can be installed as a web app (PWA). It is a browser shortcut, not a Telegram mini app.

Support and responsible gambling

Support is by e-mail (support@hotslots.io) and a contact form. The FAQ gives these hours: Monday to Friday 9:00–21:00 CET, Saturday 12:00–20:00 CET and Sunday 13:00–21:00 CET. We found no 24/7 live chat claim in the sources we checked.

The responsible gaming page offers deposit, wager, loss and session-time limits (daily, weekly or monthly, set via support), account closure and self-exclusion, and links to Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous. National self-exclusion schemes usually bind only operators licensed in that country, so they may not block an offshore site like this one. Gambling is for adults only; check the legal age where you live. Set a limit before your first deposit, and only play with money you can afford to lose.

What to check before you sign up at HotSlots

What we could not verify

• Any official HotSlots Telegram channel, bot or mini app: none is linked from the official site.
• Welcome bonus amounts, wagering, expiry and maximum cashout.
• Whether a sportsbook exists.
• Crypto payments, despite the "Crypto Casino" page title.
• The full list of supported currencies beyond EUR and USD.
• The launch year; the about-us page only calls it "brand-new".
• Which daily withdrawal limit applies (€/$500 in the terms vs €/$5,000 in the FAQ).

Summary

HotSlots holds a Curaçao licence that we could confirm as active on the regulator's certificate, which is more than many offshore sites offer. The terms are detailed, but they include firm withdrawal caps, a 10% charge on unwagered deposits and an inactivity fee. The welcome bonus is contradictory and its terms are not public, and the operating company appears on Lithuania's illegal-operator list for another brand. For readers of this site, the key point is simple: HotSlots has no Telegram presence that we could verify, so any Telegram channel offering HotSlots codes should be treated with caution. Check that your country is allowed and that local law permits it before you sign up.
