Is Spinoloco a Telegram casino?
No. When the homepage and contact page were checked on 21 October 2026, they had no Telegram link of any kind. Casino Guru, AskGamblers and LCB do not list a Spinoloco Telegram account either. No channel, support bot, game bot or mini app was found. Registration, deposits and games run on the website.
Any Telegram account that uses the Spinoloco name could not be linked to the operator. Do not send logins, ID documents or payments to such accounts. Operator and licence
The terms and conditions name REEVA LIMITED, The Regal Tower, Aimiliou Frangou St, 3120 Limassol, Cyprus. Payments are handled by Raduna LTD (Cyprus, HE 469959). The terms list a licence from the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan, no. ALSI-202507007-FI1, issued on 10.07.2025. No public Anjouan register entry was found, so it could not be confirmed with the regulator.
Review sites differ. Casino Guru names Medial N.V. as owner and operator. It lists two licences as verified: Comoros (AOFA) ALSI-202507007-FI1 and Curaçao (CGA) OGL/2023/115/0092. AskGamblers names Medial N.V. and the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. LCB names both Medial N.V. and Reeva Limited. The Curaçao licence is not named in the operator's terms as checked on 21 October. Restricted countries
Section 3.2.1 of the terms lists Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, France, Iran, Iraq, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, the USA and its dependencies, the United Kingdom and residents of FATF-listed countries. The operator may refuse other countries at its discretion. LCB adds that Ontario is excluded and that Canadian players must be 19+. The Netherlands, Germany and Italy are not on the operator's list. The promotions page showed four separate deposit bonuses on 21 October 2026, all in euros:
- 1st deposit: 150% up to €1,000. Minimum deposit €20.
- 2nd deposit: 75% up to €750 + 50 free spins. Minimum deposit €20. The game was not stated.
- 3rd deposit: 75% up to €1,000. Minimum deposit €20.
- 4th deposit: 100% up to €500. Minimum deposit €20.
Added up, that is €3,250 + 50 free spins. A separate high-roller first-deposit bonus starts at €250.
Our comparison card shows "150% up to €1000 + 100 free spins" with a minimum deposit of 10. The 150% up to €1,000 matches the operator's first-deposit bonus. The operator's page did not show 100 free spins on the first deposit, and it gave the minimum deposit as €20, not €10.
Conflicting review figures
Review sites show different offers. znaki.fm (updated 27 August 2026) lists 150% up to €1,000 + 100 free spins on the first deposit. AskGamblers and LCB list 100% up to €500 and 250 free spins on the second deposit. Casino Guru lists several 100% to 200% offers. Offers may vary by country. Check the cashier before you deposit.

The homepage footer showed logos for Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, POLi, Multibanco, MB WAY, MiFinity, Revolut, Wise and Open Banking. It also showed crypto logos for BTC, Bitcoin Cash, DOGE, LTC and Tether, plus one unclear logo. No networks were stated, so confirm the network in the cashier before you send crypto.
The terms set withdrawal limits of €500 per day, €2,500 per week and €10,000 per month, unless agreed otherwise. Casino Guru and LCB show the same limits. AskGamblers shows €2,000 per week and €8,000 per month. The operator did not state withdrawal fees. AskGamblers says up to 10 withdrawals per week are free, then 5%. LCB says there are no fees. LCB also lists a €10 minimum withdrawal and processing of up to 2 business days after checks.
