A Telegram display name, logo or busy group does not establish who operates a casino bot. Scammers can copy the appearance of support accounts and show an invented balance to encourage further payments.
Check the exact identity
Compare the full username and destination domain against independently obtained official contact details. Do not trust a reply solely because it appears directly after a public support question. A copied photo and one changed character can hide a different account.
The withdrawal-fee trap
Be cautious when a supposed win can only be released after a new crypto transfer for “tax”, “verification” or “liquidity”. The FTC describes fake crypto platforms that show funds but block withdrawals or demand high fees. A displayed balance is not proof that recoverable funds exist.
What to do next
Stop sending additional money. Save the username, messages, wallet address, transaction hash, timestamps and website address. Contact the payment service or exchange through its independently verified channel and report suspected fraud to the relevant local authority. No recovery service can honestly guarantee that a crypto transfer will be reversed.
Never supply a Telegram login code, account password or wallet recovery phrase. If login information was disclosed, review active sessions and protect the recovery email. This checks a specific fraud pattern; it does not certify any casino or replace a licensing check.
