Telegram"Telegram Casino" bot @coincasino_tg_bot in the site menu; a second handle, @coincasinotgbot, is linked in the homepage text

Is CoinCasino a Telegram casino?

Yes, according to the operator. The menu on coincasino.com has a "Telegram Casino" link to t.me/coincasino_tg_bot. The homepage text says: "You can play your favorite crypto casino games directly through the CoinCasino Telegram app." It also promises "simplified sign-up and faster action directly on Telegram".

That is all the operator explains. Its pages do not describe the bot's buttons, how deposits and withdrawals work inside Telegram, or whether a Telegram login links to an existing website account. The terms do not mention Telegram. The FAQ and the mobile page only describe the browser version, which you can add to your home screen. VIP-Grinders says the bot links to your Telegram profile and lets you play slots and bet on sports in the app. That is a secondary source.

Two different bot handles

The homepage text links "CoinCasino Telegram app" to t.me/coincasinotgbot. The menu links t.me/coincasino_tg_bot. Both links are on coincasino.com, but they are different accounts. The menu bot shows the name "CoinCasino" on its public t.me page. The second one shows no display name. Until the operator clarifies this, use the menu link (@coincasino_tg_bot). Check the handle letter by letter. Read our guide to Telegram casino scams and our Telegram casino bot explainer.

Operator and licence

The terms and conditions (last updated 22.01.2026) do not name a company or a licence. The homepage says only that "it is crucial to ensure that sites hold valid licenses". Review sites fill the gap, but they do not agree:

  • VIP-Grinders names Igloo Ventures SRL, Costa Rica, and Anjouan licence ALSI-142311005-FI2.
  • Coin360 names Igloo Ventures SRL, later linked to Atlantis Interactive SRL, and says an earlier Curaçao licence expired.
  • FinTelegram (October 2025) reported that the terms then named EOD Code SRL, while another CoinCasino domain named Igloo Ventures SRL. It calls the Anjouan licence claim unverified.

We could not check the licence in a regulator register. Because the operator does not publish it, treat it as unconfirmed. See our page on licensed casinos.

Restricted countries

Clause 4.1.3 of the terms lists restricted territories that "include, but are not limited to": North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, Yemen, Zimbabwe, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Libya, Bulgaria, Malta, Sudan, Syria, the USA and US overseas territories, Aruba, Curaçao, French Polynesia, Lithuania, New Caledonia, Sint Maarten, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Wallis & Futuna, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique and the United Kingdom. Anyone in a country where online gambling is illegal is also barred. Check your local law.

Welcome offer

The welcome offer page gives 200% on the first deposit, up to $30,000, plus free spins on Wanted Dead or a Wild. Our comparison card shows "200% up to US$30,000 + up to 50 spins (deposit tiers apply)". That matches the operator's offer: the spins depend on the deposit tier.

  • $10 to $99.99: 20 spins at $0.20
  • $100 to $249.99: 20 spins at $1.00
  • $250 to $999.99: 50 spins at $1.00
  • $1,000 or more: 50 "Super Spins" at $4.00

Key terms

  • Eligibility: players registered after December 2024. First deposit only, made within 7 days of registration. Minimum $10.
  • Wagering: 60x. The bonus is released in 10% steps, each time you wager 6x your deposit. The example: a $100 deposit needs $6,000 wagered to unlock the full $200.
  • Expiry: 14 days for the bonus wagering. Unused bonus is forfeited. Free spins expire after 7 days.
  • Free spins: winnings count as bonus and must be wagered 35x.
  • Max bet: $/€20 per round with bonus funds (bonus terms).
  • Max cashout: the bonus amount that can be converted to cash is capped at 10 times the bonus.
  • Game weighting: slots 100%, live game shows 50%, roulette 5%, dice and arcade 0%, other games 20%. Feature buys are not allowed.
  • Payment exclusions: none are stated.

Release steps are credited in the currency of your most recent deposit. More on our welcome bonus and Telegram bonuses pages.

Payments and withdrawals

The FAQ lists BTC, BCH, LTC, DOGE, ETH, USDT (ERC20 and TRC20), TRX, XRP, ADA, BNB and USDC. You can also buy crypto in the "Buy Crypto" tab or connect a wallet with WalletConnect. Coin360 lists more tokens, including SOL and TON. Game balances can show in USD or EUR.

The terms set these rules:

  • Minimum withdrawal €10.
  • Crypto withdrawals up to 150,000 EUR per calendar month by default. VIPs may get more.
  • Fiat limits: €4,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €20,000 per month.
  • An 8% fee (minimum €4) may apply if the deposit was not wagered at least once.
  • Dormant accounts may lose 10% of the balance per month as a maintenance fee, after notice.

The homepage says most withdrawals are processed "in under 15 minutes". The FAQ says reviews can take up to 24 hours and that CoinCasino charges no deposit or withdrawal fees, apart from network fees. See our fast withdrawal casinos.

Verification (KYC)

The homepage promotes "Fast Anonymous Access" and says you can "skip the lengthy identity checks". The legal pages are stricter. Clause 5.2 of the terms says you may need to become "a verified Customer" to bet or withdraw, with a photo ID and a utility bill. The AML policy says step two, an ID check, applies to deposits over 2,000 EUR "or withdraws any amount". Step three, source of wealth, applies above $5,000. The FAQ asks for both sides of an ID, a selfie with it and proof of address. So do not expect to withdraw without ID. Background: no-KYC casinos.

Support

The FAQ says support is available 24/7 by live chat and by email at support@coincasino.com. Complaints go to complaints@coincasino.com. No phone number is published on the site.

What to check before you sign up

  • You opened @coincasino_tg_bot from the coincasino.com menu.
  • Your country is not restricted and online gambling is legal for you.
  • That you deposit within 7 days of registering if you want the bonus.
  • The 60x wagering, the 14-day limit and the $/€20 max bet.
  • The coin and network before any transfer.
  • That you have ID ready for your first withdrawal.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is for adults 18+ only, or older where your local law says so. Check the law where you live. Use deposit limits and only stake money you can afford to lose. Do not chase losses. The operator's responsible gambling page lists its tools.
