Is CasinoJoy a Telegram casino?
No evidence says so. The review sites describe a website casino and mention no Telegram channel, support bot or mini app. The operator's own site could not be loaded on 22 October 2026, so its footer could not be checked for Telegram links. Treat any "CasinoJoy" Telegram account as unconfirmed. Read our guide to Telegram casino scams. For casinos that do run in Telegram, see our Telegram casino bot guide.
Which website is the real one?
Our casino listing links to casinojoy.net. AskGamblers and Gambling.com Ireland name casinojoy.com, and the support email they give ends in casinojoy.com. On 22 October 2026, casinojoy.net responded but blocked automated access, and casinojoy.com returned an error. Which domain is current could not be confirmed. There is also an older UK brand called Casino Joy, run by Genesis Global Limited under UK and Malta licences, which some review sites mix up with this one. Copycat sites with similar names exist too. Check the address carefully before you register.
Operator and licence
AskGamblers and Gambling.com Canada name Fortuna Games N.V. as the operator. Gambling.com Canada lists Jettbet, Palm Slots and Rollino as sister sites. Both name the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensor but give no licence number. Gambling.com Ireland gives a company address at Dr. H. Fergusonweg 1, Curaçao. SlotCatalog names Fortuna Games N.V. in one place and Genesis Global Limited in another. No licence number could be found, and the regulator register could not be checked. Gambling.com Canada says the casino has no licence in Ontario. Learn more on our licensed casinos page.
Restricted countries
The restricted countries list could not be verified. The operator's terms could not be loaded, and the main review sites do not list restricted countries. SlotCatalog says players from Japan are not accepted. An AskGamblers player review says some game providers were unavailable in the Netherlands. Do not assume your country is accepted. Check the terms on the site and your local law.

Verification (KYC)
Gambling.com Canada says you need government photo ID and proof of address, and possibly proof of your payment method. AskGamblers describes the process as drawn-out. Player complaints there mention requests for bank screenshots and a phone verification call. The operator replied that checks can be required at any stage under its terms.
Support
Review sites list 24/7 live chat and email. Gambling.com gives support@casinojoy.com. Gambling.com Canada says there is no phone support. AskGamblers players report that the chat is often a bot and that email replies are slow.

Responsible gambling
Gambling is for adults 18+ only, or older where your local law says so. Check that online casinos are legal where you live. Set a deposit limit before you play and only use money you can afford to lose. Never try to win back losses. If gambling stops being fun, take a break and seek help.
