Monro Casino at a glance
Monro Casino is an online casino at monro.casino. It is run by GALAKTIKA N.V., the same company behind Drip Casino. Monro uses Telegram for a promo channel and a support bot. The games themselves are played on the website. This review sums up what the operator's own pages and a few review sites said when we checked them on 21 October 2026. It does not include our own test play.

Is Monro a Telegram casino?
Not in the strict sense. The Monro homepage links to two Telegram accounts:
- Promo channel: t.me/monrocasino_official. It appears in the footer under "Connect with us on" and in a banner that reads "Bonuses on Telegram" and "Join our channel".
- Support bot: telegram.me/MONRO_EN_support_bot. The website labels it "Support Chat".
So Telegram is used for promotions and support. Registration, deposits and games run on monro.casino. No Telegram bot or mini app in which you can play was found when the site was checked on 21 October 2026. Use only the links from the official website
Fake channels and bots often copy casino names and logos. Some ask for logins, deposits or crypto transfers. Open Monro's Telegram links only from monro.casino itself. Check that the handle matches exactly. Never send passwords, ID documents or payments to a Telegram account you reached from another source. Operator and licence
The Monro terms and conditions name GALAKTIKA N.V. of Willemstad, Curaçao, as the operator. They also name a payment agent, Unionstar Limited (HE 356131, Limassol, Cyprus). The terms list a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28.10.2024. Casino Guru marks the licence as verified. We could not confirm it in the regulator's register ourselves. Swedish regulator ban
On 26 March 2024, the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen) banned GALAKTIKA N.V. from offering gambling in Sweden. Its decision names drip.casino and monro.casino. The decision cites an older Curaçao sublicence (8048/JAZ2016-050), not the current OGL number. Sweden is also on Monro's own list of restricted countries.
Restricted countries
The terms list a long set of restricted countries. Among them are the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Sweden, Slovakia, Malta, Cyprus, Curaçao and South Africa. Germany and Italy are not on the list. That does not mean the casino is legal or licensed where you live. Check your local law. Casino Guru's Canadian review also says Alberta and Ontario are excluded.
Welcome package
Monro's welcome offer is spread over three deposits. The homepage shows the amounts in roubles. The EUR figures below come from Casino Guru.
- 1st deposit: 150% up to €600. Minimum deposit €20.
- 2nd deposit: up to 400 free spins on All Lucky Clovers. The number of spins depends on the deposit size (Casino Guru: 25 spins at $20, up to 400 spins at $200).
- 3rd deposit: 75% up to €300.
Added up, that is about €900 plus up to 400 free spins. Our comparison card shows only the first-deposit part: a bonus of up to €600. The free spins come with the second deposit, so the card does not list them. Always check the current offer in the cashier.
Conflicting first-deposit figure
The operator's own pages disagree. The homepage says 150% on the first deposit. The bonuses page says "50% for your 1st deposit". Check the cashier and the bonus terms before you deposit. The homepage text on the free spins tiers is also inconsistent (20 or 25 spins for the lowest tier).
Wagering, max bet and expiry
- Wagering: 40x per Casino Guru. AskGamblers also lists a 45x variant. The operator's bonuses page does not state it.
- Max bet while wagering: 500 ₽ per bet (200 ₽ for Finland), unless the bonus terms say otherwise. No EUR figure is published.
- Expiry: 72 hours for deposit bonuses (bonuses page and Casino Guru).
- Max cashout: the operator says "unlimited Max Win". Casino Guru says winnings are capped at 10x the bonus. These sources conflict.

Payments and withdrawals
The operator page we checked names Bitcoin only, without networks. Casino Guru lists Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Flexepin, Neosurf, Jeton and others. It also lists crypto such as BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, SOL, TRX, XRP, BNB and TON. No token networks are stated, so confirm the network in the cashier before you send crypto.
The terms set withdrawal limits in roubles. The daily fiat limit is 500,000 ₽ for Basic and Prestige levels and 1,000,000 ₽ for Elite. Supreme has no limit. The monthly cap is 5,000,000 ₽. Crypto withdrawals are capped at $1,000,000 per month. Deposits must be wagered at least once. The terms say a 10% commission may be withheld for processing, and up to 25% if risk-free wagering is detected. Review sites give other figures, such as €4,000 per day and €125,000 per month (AskGamblers).
Verification (KYC)
You must be 18 or older. The terms say Monro may ask for a passport or other government ID, proof of address, email and phone. Documents are due within 10 days of a request. Withdrawals are suspended during checks. Withdrawals go back to the method used for the deposit. ID is required for crypto withdrawals of 50,000 ₽ or more. Identity checks apply above 150,000 ₽ in total deposits. Source-of-funds checks apply above 600,000 ₽.
Support
Monro offers 24/7 live chat. LCB and other reviews say a call or video option is available through the chat. The terms list the email help-monro@support.win. The Telegram support bot is linked from the website. There is no published phone number.
What to check before you sign up
- Your country is not on the restricted list, and online gambling is legal for you.
- You reached the Telegram channel and support bot through monro.casino, not through a forwarded link.
- The first-deposit match shown in the cashier (150% or 50%).
- Wagering, max bet, expiry and any max cashout in the bonus terms.
- Withdrawal limits and the possible 10% processing commission.
- The crypto network before any transfer.
- That you have ID and proof of address ready for verification.
Responsible gambling
